All I need are a few good quality photos that show your Pet clearly and in full, and at least one which has a complete outline. Please read my handy Custom Decoration Reference Image Guide to help you select the best kind of images that will ensure you get a beautiful end result.
The exact dimensions of each commission vary, but as a guide I would say they typically measure between 10 - 11cm high and 5 - 8cm wide.
